I have a passionate desire to serve the Lord with the talents He has given to me. I got my first 8mm film camera when I was about 10 years old. I used to recreate Star Wars scenes in the basement of my parents house. Sometimes I'd get my friends together and we'd act out scenes and play different characters - some from the movies, some made up. It seemed like I was always living a movie - and my eyes were the camera. I took telecommunications in High School, but upon graduating I decided to go into the Army before pursuing the arts. I wanted to learn how to fly helicopters like my father. I made it through flight school with honors and spent 8 years in the service as part of a Scout Weapons Team in an Air Cav. unit, flying OH-6A helicopters. But in 1993, I left the service to once again pick up the pursuit of making movies. Since 1993, I have written and produced over a dozen theatrical plays and been on two national tours with a traveling acting troop. |
In 1999, I graduated from The Hollywood Film Institute, having completed both the director and producer tracks.

I also have more than 15 years experience in the fine arts. I have designed and built sets for theatrical productions and trade shows, worked on a movie set for Dreamworks, sculpted birds for a U.S. Fish and Wildlife museum, fabricated scenery for Yankee Candle Corporation and even built a 5600 sq. ft. Jurassic Park for a large New England State Fair. To see some examples of my work, CLICK HERE.
